We want you to be happy with Cobuild Trade Hub. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us directly through the app or by email — we'll process the refund back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current period follow the 30-day rule above.
